يهدف البحث الى التعرف على العلاقة بين الذكاء الانفعالي وادارة الانفعالات ولما له من تأثير فاعل على تنظيم النبض القلبي والتنفس اثناء الاداء والجهد لدى لاعبي كرة اليد بأعمار (15-17 سنة ) نادي ديالى الرياضي وقد استخدم الباحث اختبار الذكاء الانفعالي والذي من خلاله تم التعرف على مستويات الذكاء الانفعالي للعينة البالغ عددهم (20) لاعب وبعد فرض البحث وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين الذكاء الانفعالي والنبض القلبي والتنفس اثناء الجهد
